These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and iPredikt ("iPredikt", "we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the iPredikt application, websites, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Risk Disclosure, and our Responsible Predicting guidance. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Please read sections 17–20 carefully. They contain important disclaimers, a limitation of liability, your indemnification obligations, and a binding individual-arbitration agreement with a class-action and jury-trial waiver that affect your legal rights.
Current product status: iPredikt may offer Arena practice features, Live features, subscriptions, AI tools, blog/social automation, and payment-provider integrations at different times. Some Live, payment, redemption, subscription, and social-publishing features may be disabled, restricted, or awaiting provider approval. A feature shown in the interface is available only when it is enabled for your account and location.
1. Service overview & policy hierarchy
iPredikt is a mobile-first prediction-market and forecasting application. The Service may include public markets, community predictions, Swipe to Predict, Turbo markets, watchlists, alerts, AI insights, automated agents, blog content, social sharing, subscriptions, wallet credits, and admin-operated platform features.
These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie & Local Storage Policy, Risk Disclosure, Responsible Predicting guidance, and any feature-specific notices shown before you act. If a feature-specific notice conflicts with these Terms, the more specific notice controls for that feature.
2. Definitions & the credits model
The Service operates on credits, a virtual in-app unit used to take positions in markets, receive payouts, transfer value between users, and request eligible redemptions. For convenience, one credit is generally displayed as equivalent to one US dollar of in-app value.
Credits are a limited, revocable license to use features of the Service. Credits are not legal tender, a bank deposit, electronic money, a stored-value instrument, a security, a commodity, an investment product, or a claim on iPredikt's assets, and they earn no interest. Credits have no value outside the Service except where an eligible redemption is expressly offered and completed under these Terms.
We may correct ledger, pricing, settlement, or display errors, including by adjusting balances, reversing mistaken entries, voiding affected markets, or requiring verification before a balance can be redeemed.
3. Eligibility & jurisdiction
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location, if higher) and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you are located. The Service may be unavailable, restricted, or prohibited in certain jurisdictions, and we may block access, payments, redemptions, or specific markets at our discretion or where required by law. You may not use the Service via VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
4. Your account & verification
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
To protect against fraud and to comply with applicable rules, we may require identity, age, address, or bank verification (including "know your customer" checks) before enabling certain features, in particular redemptions and withdrawals. We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that fail verification or that we reasonably believe are engaged in prohibited activity.
You may not create multiple accounts to evade limits, manipulate markets, claim repeated rewards, bypass verification, or hide prohibited activity.
5. Wallet, top-ups, payment providers & subscriptions
Live wallet top-ups, where separately offered and approved, are distinct from Arena subscriptions. An Arena subscription payment can never fund a Live wallet, buy Arena credits, pay an entry fee, or create any redeemable balance. We do not store full card or bank numbers.
iPredikt Pro is an optional paid subscription billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. It renews automatically until you cancel, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The subscription buys access to AI forecasting, coaching, analysis, alerts, and other software features. It does not reduce a Live fee, award Live credits, unlock a withdrawal, or entitle you to cash or a material prize. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
iPredikt Autopilot is an optional Pro add-on for automated or review-first Arena practice predictions. It is limited to nonredeemable Arena credits and cannot place Live positions or use a Live balance.
You agree not to initiate false, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks. If a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, or suspected of fraud, we may suspend your account, reduce your credit balance, reverse affected positions, or require repayment before you continue.
6. House fees & ledger
iPredikt charges a house fee, primarily applied to net winnings and to early cash-outs of profitable positions, as described on the Fees page. The house fee is variable and set at our discretion, and the rate that applies to a given position is disclosed before you confirm. The rate shown on the Fees page reflects the current default and may change over time. All material wallet movements are recorded in your transaction history for transparency.
7. Credit transfers
You may be able to transfer credits to another user by username. Transfers are made at your own risk, are generally irreversible once completed, and must not be used for unlawful purposes, money laundering, collusion, or to evade these Terms. We may block, reverse, or freeze transfers we reasonably suspect are fraudulent or abusive.
8. Withdrawals & redemptions
Where offered, eligible wallet balances may be redeemed or withdrawn through supported providers (such as PayPal, Coinbase, or Circle), subject to identity and bank verification, minimum amounts, processing times, applicable fees, and the rules in your location. We may delay, decline, or reverse a redemption where required by law or where we reasonably suspect fraud, error, or abuse. Redemptions are not guaranteed and may be unavailable in your jurisdiction.
You are responsible for any taxes, reporting, or declarations that may apply to your predictions, winnings, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, or other use of the Service. We do not provide tax advice.
9. Markets, Turbo & community predictions
Standard markets are YES/NO questions whose prices reflect crowd-driven probabilities and may be volatile. Turbo markets are ultra-short-duration price markets (for example, 1, 5, or 10 minutes, or one hour) that settle automatically against live third-party exchange price feeds.
Community predictions are markets created by users. They may be public or private (invite-only). The accuracy, framing, and outcome of community predictions depend in part on user-supplied information, and we do not endorse or guarantee any user-created market. We may review, edit, restrict, or remove any market at our discretion.
Every market has a hard trading deadline, but we may close or suspend trading earlier when the event starts, the outcome becomes known or effectively certain, a source becomes stale, the schedule changes, or an integrity control identifies an information advantage. An event delay does not automatically extend trading. The market remains closed until a verified new schedule and fair trading deadline are set, or it is resolved or voided.
If a market remains visible because of a technical or operational error after trading should have closed, that display error does not create a right to trade on a known outcome. We may cancel an affected position and return the original stake, or void and refund the market, where reasonably necessary to protect all participants and market integrity. We will not use this right merely because a valid position later proves profitable.
10. Arena mode & Live mode credits
The Service offers two modes. Arena mode uses play-money credits that carry no monetary value, cannot be redeemed or withdrawn, and exist only to let you learn and practice. Live mode, where available and enabled for your account, uses credits that may be topped up and, where offered and permitted, redeemed subject to section 7.
We (or an administrator) may set a platform-wide mode and may restrict, disable, or convert access to Live mode at our discretion or where required by law. Arena balances and Live balances are tracked separately, and Arena credits can never be converted into redeemable value. A Pro or Autopilot subscription is payment for software access only and creates no Live balance, fee reduction, funding right, withdrawal right, or prize.
11. AI counterparties, automated liquidity & synthetic accounts
To keep markets tradeable, the Service may provide liquidity through an automated market maker (AMM) and may have AI act as a counterparty to your position, including taking the opposite side of a peer-to-peer or AMM market. Prices and available liquidity may therefore be influenced by automated systems rather than solely by other human users.
The Service also operates synthetic "AI member" accounts — automated agents that participate in markets (primarily in Arena mode) to seed activity, test features, and generate forecasts. These accounts are not human users. Leaderboards, volumes, sentiment, and odds may reflect activity from AI counterparties and synthetic accounts. You acknowledge and accept this, and agree not to treat automated activity as independent human demand or advice.
12. Resolution & AI as final judge
Each market states resolution criteria and sources. Markets are resolved using those criteria, available data and price feeds, and AI-assisted judgment, with AI acting as the final and binding judge of the outcome. Resolution decisions are binding once posted, and there is no appeal beyond any correction process we choose to operate.
Where a market cannot be fairly or accurately determined, where sources conflict, or where a data feed fails, we (or the AI judge) may void the market and refund or reverse the relevant positions through the house ledger. You acknowledge that automated and AI-driven resolution may contain errors and you accept this risk.
Deadline closure and outcome resolution are separate controls. Trading stops first; proof collection, independent verification, community review, or an administrator may complete the result later. A pending review never reopens trading. Corrections, early closure, rescheduling, and voids must be based on a documented integrity reason and are subject to applicable consumer law.
13. Blog, social sharing & automated publishing
Blog posts, daily briefings, social posts, images, summaries, and market explanations may be generated or assisted by AI and may be edited by iPredikt. They are informational and educational content only; they are not investment, legal, tax, financial, or professional advice and are not instructions to take any market position.
If you share content from iPredikt, you are responsible for the context in which you share it. We may pause or change social-publishing features at any time, especially while provider access, compliance wording, or payment status is being reviewed.
14. User content & community conduct
You are responsible for any content you submit, including community predictions, comments, blog contributions, profile details, and AI-assisted content you generate. You represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate any law.
You grant iPredikt a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display your content as needed to operate and promote the Service. You must not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or that facilitates wagering on outcomes involving harm to identifiable individuals. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.
15. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to manipulate markets or prices, colluding, exploiting bugs or pricing errors, using bots or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage, knowingly taking a position after the relevant outcome is public or effectively certain, using material non-public event information, scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing security or geographic controls, or interfering with other users or the integrity of resolution. Violations may result in forfeiture of credits, suspension, or termination.
You must not use the Service to launder funds, evade sanctions, abuse referrals or rewards, harass users, submit illegal or harmful market topics, target minors, manipulate social metrics, or attempt to access admin-only systems or data.
16. No financial or professional advice
Nothing on iPredikt is financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Market prices are crowd-driven probabilities, not predictions or recommendations. You are solely responsible for your decisions. See our Risk Disclosure for the key risks.
17. Assumption of risk & disclaimers
You expressly assume all risks of using the Service, including price volatility, the rapid and total loss of credit value (especially in Turbo markets), settlement, oracle, data-feed, and AI-resolution errors, and the possibility that redemptions are delayed or unavailable.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. We do not warrant the accuracy of any market, price, data feed, AI output, or resolution, or that the Service will be available at any particular time.
18. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IPREDIKT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR CREDIT VALUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO IPREDIKT IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iPredikt and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your content or community predictions; (c) your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or third-party right; (d) taxes due on any winnings or redemptions; or (e) your violation of any geographic, age, or eligibility restriction; or (f) your deliberate exploitation of a known stale market, technical error, or non-public outcome information. This indemnity does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. We may assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us.
20. Dispute resolution — binding arbitration & class waiver
Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes are resolved. You and iPredikt agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the Arbitration Association of Croatia, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court where eligible.
Class-action and jury-trial waiver: disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis. You and iPredikt waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. No arbitrator may consolidate more than one person's claims.
Opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@ipredikt.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. To the extent any claim cannot be arbitrated, it will be subject to section 19.
21. Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to section 18, the courts located in Croatia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration.
22. Suspension, termination & forfeiture
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or where required by law. On termination for cause, we may void affected positions and, where permitted, forfeit credits associated with the prohibited activity. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 15–19) will survive.
23. Changes, force majeure & general
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and iPredikt regarding the Service.
