Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer
iPredikt can be fast and engaging. Before you take any position, understand the risks below — you accept them when you use the Service.
Last updated July 10, 2026
You can lose the full value of your credits. Only use credits you can afford to lose. Nothing on iPredikt is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no outcome or return is guaranteed.
Volatility & total-loss risk
Market prices are crowd-driven probabilities and can move sharply and unpredictably. A position can lose all of its value, and credits have no value outside the Service except where an eligible redemption is offered and completed. Past performance, a high YES price, or a confident AI explanation does not guarantee a result.
Arena mode vs Live mode
Arena mode uses play-money credits with no monetary value that cannot be redeemed or withdrawn — it is for learning and practice only, and past Arena results do not predict Live outcomes. Live mode, where available, uses credits that can carry real value and be lost. Availability of Live mode may be restricted or withdrawn at any time or where required by law.
AI counterparties, automated liquidity & synthetic accounts
Liquidity and prices may be provided or influenced by an automated market maker (AMM) and by AI acting as the counterparty to your position. The Service also runs synthetic "AI member" accounts that trade and forecast. Leaderboards, volumes, sentiment, and odds may reflect this automated activity rather than solely independent human demand. Do not treat it as advice or as a signal of genuine market consensus.
AI content, briefings & social posts
Blog posts, daily briefings, alerts, social posts, and market explanations may be generated or assisted by AI. They can be useful context, but they may be incomplete, stale, or wrong. They are not recommendations and should not replace your own review of the market question, close time, and resolution criteria.
Turbo & high-frequency risk
Turbo markets resolve over very short windows (such as 1, 5, or 10 minutes, or one hour) against live exchange price feeds. Their speed magnifies the risk of rapid, repeated losses. They are not a way to generate income and are unsuitable for anyone who cannot afford to lose the credits staked.
AI resolution & oracle risk
Outcomes are determined using AI-assisted judgment, with AI acting as the final and binding judge, together with available data and third-party price feeds. Automated resolution, data feeds, and oracles can fail or contain errors. Where a market cannot be fairly determined it may be voided and positions refunded through the house ledger. You accept the risk of resolution and data errors.
No advice & no guarantees
iPredikt does not provide recommendations or predictions and does not guarantee accuracy, availability, pricing, or any result. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
Regulatory & availability risk
The legal treatment of prediction markets varies by jurisdiction and may change. Features, markets, payments, or redemptions may be restricted or withdrawn in your location, and access may be unavailable at times.
Payment, redemption & provider risk
Live funding, subscriptions, and redemptions depend on third-party providers, account approval, identity checks, bank networks, and compliance controls. A provider may delay, reject, reverse, or suspend a transaction. PayPal, Coinbase, Circle, or any replacement processor may be enabled or disabled at different times.
Technology risk
The Service depends on software, networks, and third-party providers that may experience downtime, bugs, delays, or security incidents that can affect prices, positions, settlement, or access.
Market timing, known outcomes & event delays
A market can close before its displayed deadline if the event starts, the outcome becomes known or effectively certain, the schedule changes, or an integrity review identifies an unfair information advantage. A postponed event stays closed while a verified replacement schedule and trading deadline are reviewed. It may instead be resolved or voided and refunded.
Automated deadline and reality checks reduce this risk but cannot guarantee that every event update is detected instantly. Do not take a position when you know the answer is already public or the market is stale. Positions created through an obvious timing, pricing, or technical error may be cancelled with the original stake returned, subject to applicable law and the documented market-integrity process in our Terms.
User-created market risk
Community predictions can contain unclear wording, bad assumptions, or incomplete resolution criteria. We may review, edit, reject, void, or restrict them, but you remain responsible for deciding whether a market is clear enough before taking a position.
Your acknowledgement
By using the Service you confirm you have read and understood these risks, you assume them voluntarily, and you agree to the disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnities in our Terms & Conditions. For guidance on healthy use, see Responsible Predicting.
